باستخدامك تطبيق "تشغيل" ("الخدمة")، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
By using the Tashghil application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
"تشغيل" هو نظام موحّد لإدارة الموظفين يشمل: الحضور والانصراف، إدارة المهام، تتبع المخالفات، إدارة المستودعات، والتقارير الذكية. الخدمة موجهة للمنشآت التجارية والموظفين العاملين فيها.
Tashghil is a unified workforce management system including: attendance tracking, task management, violation tracking, inventory management, and smart reports. The Service is intended for business establishments and their employees.
يجوز استخدام الخدمة فقط للأغراض التجارية المشروعة المتعلقة بإدارة الموظفين والعمليات اليومية لمنشأتك.
The Service may only be used for lawful business purposes related to employee management and daily operations of your establishment.

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للخدمة (بما في ذلك التصميم، الكود، الشعار، الاسم التجاري) مملوكة لـ تشغيل ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمعاهدات الدولية.
All intellectual property rights to the Service (including design, code, logo, brand name) are owned by Tashghil and protected under intellectual property laws of Saudi Arabia and international treaties.
التطبيق مجاني للتحميل والاستخدام الأساسي. قد تتوفر اشتراكات متقدمة للشركات الكبيرة بأسعار يتم الاتفاق عليها مباشرة. التفاصيل المالية تُدار خارج التطبيق (مثل التحويل البنكي)، وليس عبر مدفوعات داخل التطبيق.
The app is free to download and use at the basic level. Advanced subscriptions may be available for large enterprises at directly agreed-upon prices. Financial details are handled outside the app (e.g., bank transfer), not via in-app purchases.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك دون إشعار مسبق إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط. يمكنك أنت أيضاً إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت عبر خاصية حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time via the Delete Account feature in the app.
الخدمة مقدمة "كما هي" بدون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون متاحة دون انقطاع، رغم سعينا لضمان توفر 99.9%.
The Service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, though we strive for 99.9% uptime.
في أقصى الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام الخدمة يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of the Service shall be referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنُخطرك بأي تغييرات جوهرية. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يُعد قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
